Follow the steps below to download your eBooks:
- Click "My Account"
- Log in
- Find your order and click "View"
- Click "Download Now"
iPhone users sometimes have difficulty finding their downloads, and it appears that nothing happens after they click download. Here is a short YouTube video that may be helpful.
eBook downloads are available as soon as you complete the chechout process. If you did not receive the Welcome and Order Confirmation emails, you either mistyped your email address, or your email service provider blocks our emails.
If you are still unable to download your eBooks: please contact us using email or Facebook Messenger and we will help you. Please provide as much information about the issue you are having as possible (screenshots showing the issue are very helpful). Include what type of device you are using, what happens when you attempt to download, are you seeing any error messages, etc. Simply stating, "I can't download" is very vague and could mean so many things.
We typically reply within 24 hours. If you don't receive a reply, check your spam folder, or try Facebook Messenger.
