I bought this book 2 days ago and am so thrilled with it. I especially like the chart and plan on laminating it and putting it inside one of my kitchen cabinets. The chart is worth way more than $5! After downloading and printing my book out, I saw how great it was, so ordered a copy for a friend who is new to freeze drying.
